The Brain Expands With Intelligence

Focus is a skill taught by the environment. The practice of focusing can be something that the chemical composure of the brain relies on for its diligence. Think like you’re reading a book. The book can keep your attention for a long time if it’s really good. But a dry book is going to be harder to pay attention to.

If you teach yourself to like things more, then you’re more likely to feel the focus of passion. More passionate people are known to pay attention to things for longer. Musicians who really care about their instrument and the way they express themselves can be known to be behind their instruments for long periods of time.

The focus of the musician takes things down to the small details of the music they play. Everything is put into focus, and the coordination that is applied is full of love for the world of music.

The same goes for reading styles of literature. The ones that you like more are going to be easier to pay attention to because you like the style more. You can train your brain to learn more about certain things and like them more, and this is going to help to improve your focus on the subject.

The desire to expand on things can come from various sources. It can be to impress others, something that exists in the physical world around you. It could also be to improve your career, something that leads you into the future. The types of worlds that exist inside of your brain to help you to explore your passions comes from motivation.

Motivation and focus are then tied together. The motivation comes first, and is something that is tied to a larger portion of the brain. The dreams that you have about things and the thoughts you have about exploring them. Those types of feelings are present more often in the world around you due to the fact that they’re provided by stimuli that remind you of the fact that they exist.

But really sitting down to focus on something is something that’s a little harder to do. It takes moving from the stimuli that provide attention to the subjects that you feel impassioned to explore, and then taking those sources of input and applying them. This type of crossing over the neural networks into further regions of the brain takes having the ability to channel things together.

Brain channels work like this. One region of the brain signals another to start operating through sending chemical signals across the synapses of the mind. The nervous system works sympathetically in order for nerve networks to be activated to create the feelings that exist when the brain starts cooperating with itself.

Some people will say that their brains don’t want to cooperate in the morning. That’s because the neural networks in the brain aren’t connected yet. The circuits are still warming up. The chemical signals in the brain must then be depleted through sleep, and take time to activate. Brainwaves that are deactivated through sleep then take priority when waking up and being active.

This leads to the conclusion that different parts of the brain have the ability to be activated through having more attention paid to them. The brain can be trained to focus more on certain subjects by adding the intelligent energy to that part of the brain. By increasing your versatility and capabilities to connect things together, you will activate more parts of your brain and thus become more intelligent and adept at your expression of a subject. The more thoroughly you comprehend a subject, your brain will expand and thank you.
