The world is a big place full of
stuff to explore. The deeper you go into things, the more you’re bound to find.
Sometimes, there are obstacles along the path. Things standing in between you
and your desires. What you want to see is different than what you find. This is
an example of an enigma.
The
enigma is a symbol. Something that represents your truth. The inner feelings
that you or someone else has about something. There is a difference between the
enigmatic representation of what you see and what someone else sees. But in the
physical world, the enigmas represented by artifacts and monuments are very
adamant representations of obstacles.
The
ancient ways of wisdom guide these things. The secrets hidden behind them are
what these enigmatic guardians are trying to represent. The trials and
tribulations of those worthy of the knowledge. In order to see the truth, you
have to look behind the enigma.
If
you’re on an adventure, you’re bound to come across examples of these
guardians. They are there for the foreigner. The traveler. Someone exploring
things will try hard to learn from their environment. Sometimes, the guardians
of the truth will have lessons to teach about the things that they’re
protecting.
The
spells of protection are magical enchantments. They are there in order to make
sure that the one peering in on the exploration is worthy of learning about the
things that are there. Often, people that are situated in their towns will have
an easier time getting past these things. Often because the guardians will
leave these people out of their protection.
The
traveler then has its own set of rules. The ways that they explore things leave
a lot to the adventurous mind. The seeker, the one out to see more out of life.
That the world is such a big place leaves a lot to be explored. There are
secrets of the world that have their own attitudes about things, and their own
lessons. The guardians of these secrets represent the attitudes of the hidden
treasures.
If
you’re prepared for your adventure, you’ll be able to learn more from what
you’re seeking. You will have the necessary mindset to be able to tackle the
things that you’ll find on your way. In order to successfully prepare yourself
for an adventure, you should be at first familiar with the things that you’ll
encounter along your way.
You
should blend into the scene like an actor. Assimilate some of the practices of
locals. Try not to stand out too much, looking like a tourist. That does take a
little bit of the fun out of it though. There’s a balance on the adventure. The
mindset of a tourist is the one that is most excited to explore new things.
That’s where your sense of adventure comes from.
The
balance, then, is in the hands of the enigma. The one who is trying to hold the
explorer back from seeing the things that they want to see. It’s a fallacious
and broken system that has flaws engrained. But it is a system that exists no
doubt.
The
question of approaching new things then leads to having the right kind of
mindset. Someone who can approach new things but have the appreciation for them
that is pronounced and respectable. The kind of person who won’t remove
themselves from the world entirely, but is removed enough to know that the
things you’ll find are fleeting and worthy of your attention. Like a shooting
star, the path to the new worlds is lit up only for a moment.
